Tournament Rules

SENTINELX DLS COMMUNITY CUP III — RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY

• The tournament is open to all registered players.
• Maximum of 32 players.
• Each player must register with their correct DLS team name.
• Once registered, players must not change their registered DLS team name during the tournament.

2. TOURNAMENT FORMAT

• 32 players will be divided into 8 groups of 4.
• Each player plays every other player in their group once.
• The top 2 players from each group advance to the Round of 16.
• Knockout stage: Round of 16 → Quarter-Finals → Semi-Finals → Grand Final.

3. MATCHES

• All matches must be played within the deadline given by the organizers.
• Players are responsible for contacting their opponents and arranging their matches.
• Both players must agree on a suitable time before playing.
• Players must use a stable internet connection and ensure they are ready before starting.

4. RESULTS

• The winner must submit the correct match result as required by the tournament organizers.
• Screenshots or recordings may be requested to verify a result.
• False or manipulated results will lead to disciplinary action.

5. RECORDING REQUIREMENTS

• Group Stage: Players must screen record the match highlights.
• Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and Grand Final: Players must screen record the entire match with commentary.
• Organizers may request recordings at any time for verification.
• Failure to provide requested evidence may result in the match being reviewed.

6. WALKOVER

• Players who fail to play their match before the deadline may receive a walkover loss.
• Repeated failure to respond or arrange matches may result in removal from the tournament.

7. FAIR PLAY

• No cheating, exploits, hacks, modified game files or unfair advantages.
• No intentional disconnects or manipulation of match results.
• Respect your opponent, organizers and other participants.
• Toxicity, insults, threats or unsportsmanlike behaviour are not allowed.

8. DISPUTES

• Any dispute must be reported to the organizers with available evidence.
• Do not alter, delete or hide relevant match evidence.
• The organizers' final decision on tournament disputes will be respected.

9. DEADLINES

• All matches must be completed before the announced deadline.
• Extensions will only be granted by the organizers.
• Players should not wait until the final hours to play their matches.

10. DISQUALIFICATION A player may be disqualified for:

• Cheating or exploiting the game.
• Using an unauthorized or modified version of the game.
• Providing false information.
• Repeatedly failing to play matches.
• Changing their registered DLS team name.
• Serious unsportsmanlike conduct.
• Failure to provide required evidence when requested.

11. ORGANIZER'S AUTHORITY

• SentinelX reserves the right to review matches, investigate disputes and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Tournament rules may be clarified or updated by the organizers when required.
