1.Eligibility

  • You must get registered and verified SentinelX account
  • You must pay entry fee (₦500 or reduced with SX Coins) before registration deadline
  • Players wey dey serve active suspension no fit enter

2.Before Di Tournament

  • Registration go close before dem generate di bracket — you no fit register after deadline
  • Check your fixture (your scheduled match) for your Player Dashboard after dem publish di bracket
  • Dey online and ready 15 minutes before your scheduled match time

3.How to Play Your Match

  • Matches dey play on di agreed game and platform (DLS, EA FC Mobile, eFootball, etc.) as e dey inside di tournament details
  • Both players must enter di match lobby at di scheduled time
  • If you no fit find your opponent after you wait 10 minutes from di scheduled start time, screenshot di empty lobby and submit am as no-show report

4.How to Submit Result

  • Na di winner get responsibility to submit di result
  • Submit screenshot of di final scoreline AND screen recording of di match
  • You must submit result within 2 hours after di match don end
  • Admin go review and confam di result — di bracket go update only after confam

5.No-Shows

  • If you no show up for your scheduled match, na no-show
  • No-show: your opponent go advance automatically, and you go lose 100 SX Score points
  • If you keep no-show, dem fit suspend you from future tournaments

6.Disputes

  • If di submitted result wrong, di player wey lose fit raise dispute within 1 hour after submission
  • Admin go review both players' screen recording and take final decision
  • Wetin admin decide for dispute, na im be final
  • If you raise false dispute (wen you dey deliberately contest correct result), you go get SX Score penalty

7.Conduct

  • Respect your opponent — harassment, hate speech, or threat go cause immediate disqualification and suspension
  • Match fixing or collusion na permanent ban offence
  • To use game exploits or outside tools na permanent ban offence

8.Prizes

  • Prize dey enter di winner wallet after admin confam di final result
  • Players must complete KYC verification before dem withdraw prize money
  • Withdrawal request dey process within 1–5 business days
