You go get full refund if:

• SentinelX cancel di tournament before e start
• Admin reject your registration before dem publish di bracket
• Technical error for our platform stop you from playing

You no go get refund if:

• You no-show for your scheduled match
• Dem disqualify you for rule violation after tournament don start
• You change your mind after dem publish di bracket

Refund dey process through di original payment method and e dey normally take 3–7 business days to show.

If you use SX Coins to reduce or waive your entry fee:

• Di coin portion go refund as coins (no be naira) if qualifying cancellation happen
• Coins go enter back your balance immediately after refund

Prize money dey enter your linked bank account after admin approve am. Once dem approve am, payout no fit reverse. If you feel say dem calculate prize wrong, contact us within 7 days after dem confam di result.
