Tournament Guide

Check di game. Every tournament dey specify which game dem dey play. Make sure say you don install am and your in-game account dey ready.

Check di format. Tournaments dey use group stages (for big number of players) then single-elimination knockout rounds follow. Di tournament page go show how many groups, how many go advance, and di prize structure.

Check di schedule. Tournaments get registration deadline and start date. Once registration close, dem go generate di bracket and no late entry dey accepted.

Check your balance. Entry fee na ₦500. If you no get enough SX Coins for discount, make sure say your card dey ready for Paystack payment.

1. Go Tournaments → find open tournament → click Register
2. Choose your coin discount option (if e dey available)
3. Complete payment through Paystack (or confam free entry if you dey use full coin discount)
4. You go receive WhatsApp confirmation if you save number for Settings

Your fixture go show for Dashboard → My Matches once dem publish di bracket. Dis one go show you who you dey play, wetin time, and wetin round.

Set reminder. SentinelX go send WhatsApp reminder 1 hour before your match if notification don enable.

Prepare your connection. If your internet no steady, na your own wahala — connection issue during match no be ground to reverse result.

Start recording before match begin. Go your phone screen recorder and start am before you enter di game lobby. Dis recording na your evidence if dispute ever happen for result.

Join at di scheduled time. If you no fit find your opponent 10 minutes after di scheduled start, screenshot di empty lobby and report am as no-show.

Play di game. No exploits, no rage quit, no abuse.

Na di winner dey submit di result — no be di loser.

1. Go Dashboard → My Matches → di match → Submit Result
2. Upload your screenshot (final scoreline must dey clearly visible)
3. Upload your screen recording
4. Click Submit

You get 2 hours from wen match end to submit. After dat, if you no submit, dem fit treat am as no-show.

Admin go review your submission. If di result clean, dem go confam am within 24 hours and di bracket go update. Di loser get 1 hour after submission to raise dispute if dem feel say di result wrong.

If you win prize, e go show for your wallet after dem confam di final result.

• Keep all your recordings until after official confirmation — you fit need am for dispute
• If you lose, no quit di app for middle of match — to abandon count against your SX Score
